Understanding the importance of taking notes of all workplace conversations/ interactions/ observations will be crucial to their success.
- Assertive- A large part of this role entails identifying errors/ discrepancies and communicating with the appropriate personnel to correct them.
Processing incomplete/ inaccurate paperwork does not contribute to the effectiveness of the HR/ Safety programs set in place.
- Organized- Maintaining accurate records of all Company paperwork in a timely manner is central to this role.
Delays and/or errors in processing HR documents can create administrative issues in important settings (legal, disciplinary, workplace safety, etc).
- Able to manage various time-sensitive projects at once.
This means knowing when to ask for help.
- Can take accountability for any errors in judgement, communication or task completion and will use the experience as a learning opportunity.
Additional desired skills/
Experience:
- Written and verbal proficiency in the Spanish language - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Administrative experience in an office setting - Experience in Customer Service, Employee Relations and/or Data Entry Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
