Our new workshop requires a special someone to play a pivotal role in the success of our growing business.
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operations Manager.
Your task will be to curate, maintain and inventory highly specialized props for varying seasonal decor and placemaking environments.
This unique position is packed with growth opportunities.
We are NOT just a prop shop nor are we just a pick and pack warehouse.

Essential Duties:
Be the ultimate conservator of a large prop and decor warehouse.
Skilled and purposeful refurbishments of existing props.
Create prop lists, build schedules, and set project deadlines to meet seasonal contract requirements.
Motivate/Lead a small team intent on strengthening/supporting in-the-field relationships.
Ensure scenic work orders needs are vetted and filled to optimize installation success.
Utilize basic inventory software to track, load and monitor inventory levels.
Core Competencies:
Punctual.
A practical knowledge of industry standard building techniques and best practices.
Experience in building scenic decor and basic lighting elements.
Excellence in materials and labor forecasting, project deadlines.
Highly organized and proficient in basic inventory controls.
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with confidence to delegate and multi-task as required.
Willingness to commit the time necessary to complete work orders/ lend crew support during high season.
Your flexibility is KEY to changing work initiatives & coordination of multiple projects within a fast paced and at times high pressure environment.
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
