Sr. Real Estate Investment Analyst


Responsibilities:
Review and screen commercial real estate investment opportunities Perform financial analysis and possible underwriting of potential investments Develop transaction specific financial models for real estate investments Periodically revaluate existing assets using discounted cash flow and sales comparable analyses Research and analyze market statistics Assist asset managers in all aspects of portfolio operations to include leasing, developing property budgets, and formulating long-term asset strategies Prepare investment committee memorandums and analysis on all new investments and development opportunities Prepare reporting on portfolio activities including asset acquisition, disposition, KPI's and impact to future cashflows Prepare Management Committee and Board presentations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 2
years of commercial real estate analysis experience BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related disciplines Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus preferred Understanding of basic financial concepts used to evaluate investments and build models, such as simple cash flow analyses, time value of money, return on investment, etc.
