Duties - Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items, including bread, pastries, and desserts - Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste - Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area - Package and label bakery products for display or sale - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with orders Experience - Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred - Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems - Basic culinary knowledge and skills - Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to upsell bakery items to customers - Knowledge of bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a food service setting - Understanding of proper food handling and safety procedures - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment If you have a passion for baking and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you!
