Our organization is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Contract Temporary Benefits Coordinator.
This exciting role is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals in the Automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and implementing the company's benefits programs.
This is a contract assignment, offering a chance to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in benefits coordination will be highly valued and impactful.
Responsibilities:
1.
Administer all employee benefit programs including enrollments and terminations.
2.
Process benefits changes in a timely manner using the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
3.
Coordinate all benefit deductions and adjustments with the Payroll Department.
4.
Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related issues and ensure effective utilization of plans.
5.
Stay updated with all regulations and laws governing employee benefits, specifically the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
6.
Conduct employee meetings, seminars, and training sessions regarding benefit programs.
7.
Prepare detailed benefit reports and documentations for management and employee communications.
8.
Assist in the annual open enrollment period during the year.
Handle re-enrollment and termination of benefits, answer employee queries, and process applications quickly.
9.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2
years of experience as a Benefits Coordinator or similar role.
3.
Proficient in HRIS and benefit enrollment platforms.
4.
In-depth knowledge of ACA and other benefit regulations.
5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
6.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
8.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
