Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for Lunar New Year displays.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities within the designated territory.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives and budget.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our Lunar New Year displays.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the lighting/event production or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence key decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to articulate value propositions.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of Lunar New Year traditions and cultural significance is a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the designated territory.
