Real Estate Coordinator

Established Real Estate Company located in Cerritos is currently seeking a full-time Real Estate Coordinator. We are looking for a proactive team player with attention to detail and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multitask and to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines is a must.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
Develop and Maintain market relationships with appropriate vendors and other industry participants
Work Collaboratively to achieve department and firm objectives
Analyze BPO and appraisal for proper values to establish list price and promote sale of property.
Negotiate sale of property, review and accept offers in accordance with guidelines
Prepare and review listing/sales agreements, addendum's and contracts for management signature
Work with real estate agents and third party vendors to coordinate and monitor property preservation work and approved repairs
Obtain repair bids and analyze to determine cost benefits
Arrange for and monitor repair work upon approval from management
Provide bi-weekly inventory reports
Maintain weekly reports detailing status of each Real Estate property
Determine Occupancy Status of properties and work with servicing agent to ensure Modern Realty obtains proper possession of property.
Ensure that all tasks assigned by client or vendor are completed in a timely manner. These tasks also include, but are not limited to, any tasks assigned via Taza or any online REO portal.
Manage one or more of the following functions as they arise: Evictions, Cash for Keys, Closing and/or support activities for assigned properties.
Ensure adherence to CA State, local and county ordinance requirements.
Identify trends, problems and issues pertaining to Real Estate properties and keep management informed.
Perform other duties and special projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bilingual- English/Spanish preferred
o Minimum 2-3 years experience in Real Estate
o Proficient in Microsoft Office products
o Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to interact effectively with clients
o Full-Time (40 hours per week)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
