Program Manager - Retail Operations

The Program Manager - Retail Operations will lead a team of 5 coordinators, located across the US. A new channel (Multi Site Contract Operator) MSCO has been developed to capture more growth in the ampm footprint within the Northwest. This channel is forecast to grow to 150 sites over the next several years. The Program Manager or MSCO Operations Support Manager is foundational to the success and future deployment of the MSCO channel. The Manager will be the main resource to coordinate and liaise with key departments to assure successful implementation and execution. Key accountabilities Developing and maintaining MSCO operations processes and tools to drive ongoing performance of the channel MSCO Program Management Team Lead of 5 MSCO Coordinators responsible for opening new MSCO sites, supporting day to day operations, and ongoing performance of the channel of trade. Partner with Finance, Site Systems, Technical & Compliance, Business Development, Marketing, Category Management, and other functional stakeholders to streamline processes, capabilities, and resources for the implementation of new MSCO sites Facilitate connectivity and ambiguity between projects and strategies to help streamline MSCO implementation. Support Performance reporting and communications between MSCO Operators, Retail Business Consultants, MSCO Coordinators and various BP functional teams Operations & Performance Management Responsible for developing insights and recommendations related to MSCO/COMO Performance Reporting for the Field team as well as to leadership. Address key barriers and obstacles to improve MSCO performance and operations Own and optimize Operational Tools & Processes - identifies & implements efficiency opportunities to drive operational excellence and financial performance of MSCO (Cash Costs, Labor, Wastes, Inventory Shrink, Cash, etc.) Manage the MSCO Site and Operator Pipeline Stakeholder Management With the majority of time spent in the La Palma support office, partner with ampm Category Management, Advertising & Marketing, Field Operations, Retail Operations Support, Business Development, Asset (Maintenance and Construction), Fuel Pricing and Supply, GBS, IT&S and Legal teams. Essential Education Bachelor's degree Essential experience and job requirements Comfortable with ambiguity and shaping new initiatives. 5-7 years experience in a Project Management, Program Management, Operations or Analyst role 93165BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
