Category Manager Convenience Retail

Key accountabilities Working with the business interface resources in the DP organisation to ensure consistency and alignment of messages, and that customers are satisfied with the procurement service provided, and understand its value and impact on the business Own relationships with relevant regional and global suppliers Working through the business interface resources in the DP organisation, manages the Procurement interface for category relevant site / region functional roles e.g. Technical Managers for Manufacturing or Marketing Managers and Retail Compliance Managers for Sales, Marketing & Supply Working through the Business Interface organisation, manage business stakeholders to secure buy-in for category strategy, support and resourcing for implementation and category compliance Manage interface between category strategy development and implementation by the delivery organisation, working in partnership with Category Excellence, GBS, Business Interface and Business teams Ensure effective communication between the category management and business interface organisations,  Ensuring that category specific content (e.g. updates, market insights etc.) are shared with the business interface organisation, and that the business insights are fully reflected in category strategies and implementation Manages multisite supplier relationships to ensure performance, innovations, and enhanced partnerships. Working with the Business Interface organisation to understand business priorities and requirements, and ensures no compromises on safe and compliant operations Essential Education University degree (Technical or related business discipline preferred or equivalent work experience) MCIPS/ISM qualification desirable. Essential experience and job requirements At least 7 years relevant experiencerequired Demonstrated experience at delivering business benefits to an organisation through effective category  management. Skilled application in: Category management (category strategy development and category strategy delivery) Sourcing Contracting Tactical procurement Supplier management Experience in collaborating with multiple sites or locations to drive common solutions, including driving delivery in cross functional, cross geography teams. Experience in P2P processes, and working knowledge of SAP functionality Commercial negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management experience.  Skilled application in influencing and stakeholder management skills. Skilled application in organisational and project management skills. Skilled application in financial and market analysis skills. Skilled application in supplier relationship management Desirable criteria and qualifications Technical experience and competency in the category is preferable Spanish fluency   Experience in Ariba e-sourcing or other e-procurement tools is desirable. 93529BR

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
